About US

Created and Written by Ruth Meza (2025)

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Ruth Meza, and I am the founder, owner, and the only writer of Snaptroid.co.uk. I live in the United Kingdom, and I built this website myself because I care deeply about protecting teenagers, parents, and young people from dangerous Snapchat scams. Everything you read here comes directly from me – no big company, no team of writers, just one person who wants you to stay safe.

Why I Started This Website

Every day, thousands of people in the UK search for words like “Snaptroid”, “Snaptroid 2.0”, “Snaptroid 3.0”, “see private Snapchat pictures”, “open My Eyes Only without passcode”, or “recover deleted snaps”. Most of the websites that appear to offer a quick, secret solution. In reality, they are scams designed to steal money, infect phones with viruses, or collect personal information.

I have seen this happen to teenagers I used to work with, to friends, and even to members of my own family. Good people click once out of curiosity or worry, and suddenly face bank charges, broken phones, or endless spam. That is why I decided to create a safe, honest place where anyone can learn the truth in very simple English – completely free and with no tricks.

Who I Am – Ruth Meza

I am an ordinary UK resident, born and raised in England. For more than eight years I worked as a youth worker and classroom helper with teenagers across England. I am also a parent, so I understand how scary it can feel when your child is always on Snapchat and you don’t know what is happening.

Today I spend my free time researching online scams, reading real user stories, and writing clear guides so you don’t have to go through the same worry. I am not connected to Snapchat, I do not sell apps or courses, and I never accept money to promote anything. This website is my personal project, run with love and care.

What You Will Find on Snaptroid.co.uk

Every article and guide on this site is written by me, Ruth Meza, in the simplest English possible. I explain:

  • Why no tool (including Snaptroid and all its new versions) can ever show real private Snapchat pictures or open My Eyes Only folders
  • Exactly how the scams work – fake loading screens, long surveys, unsafe APK files, and hidden subscriptions
  • Real stories from UK teenagers and parents in 2024–2025 who learned the hard way
  • Safe and kind alternatives, such as honest conversations and Snapchat’s own Family Centre
  • Simple steps to clean your phone if you have already tried something worrying

I update the site regularly so you always have the newest information.

My Five Promises to You

Because I am the only person behind the website, I can personally promise:

  1. I will never ask for your Snapchat username, password, email, or phone number.
  2. I will never show annoying pop-up ads or fake virus warnings.
  3. I will never ask you to download anything or pay for “premium access”.
  4. I will never encourage spying or breaking anyone’s privacy.
  5. I will answer every message you send me through the contact page – usually the same day.

A Personal Message from Ruth Meza

Feeling worried, jealous, or curious about someone’s Snapchat is completely normal. You are not a bad person for searching these things. But secret “hacker” websites almost always make the situation worse – they damage trust, cost money, and can put your phone and personal safety at risk.

I created Snaptroid.co.uk to be the calm, friendly voice that says: “Please stop. There is a safer, better way.” Talking openly, using Snapchat’s official safety tools, and building real trust will always work better than any fake online tool.

Thank You for Visiting

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming to the website I built. If you ever feel scared after trying a scam site, or if you just need advice, please use the contact page. I am here to help – no judgment, only kindness.

With warm wishes,
